Game on again in Cape Town
Last week saw all of UCT's Steinhoff Internal League teams on a bye, this week the teams are raring to get their feet back on the Green Mile.Ikeys Vibe Autumn Touch League
After the success of Downers there were loads of UCT students who wanted to get in on the touch scene and although time on the rugby fields was at an absolute premium, an Autumn league was put together and we have had 6 teams battling it out on the green mile for Touch Rugby glory.

YouSeeTV.co.za - the guys that keep you ikeys up-to-date with whats happening on YOUR campus - were at the Ikeys Vibe DOWNERS tournament. A day of fun had by all, some great rugby and students having a great time. Make sure you tune in to some of their other shows and get to know what has been happenign around UCT!!

What better way to kickoff the new term? Downers 2012 is here to stay as students got to discover the joy that is 6-down touch rugby...with a twist!
The Cup Winners - the REBELS (beating the McDreamy Medics) had the most (5) girls on the team!! Each team member got a prize from Virgin Active - an Adidas Sports bag with a water bottle and sweat towel to boot!
The Plate Winners - CLARINUS (beating the Soccer Guys) managed to walk away with an amazing R50 Kauai voucher for each member of the team!
